SensusAccess is an automated service used to convert instructional material into alternate formats (e.g., Braille, audio, and large-print) and to remediate inaccessible material.

SensusAccess is licensed on an institutional level and individual users are not registered. All transaction logs are anonymised and Sensus does not collect, store, transmit, or otherwise handle personal information, nor any other type of information submitted by the users of the service for conversion. Furthermore, Sensus does not share user information with any third party.

Sensus uses the email address provided by the requesting user to return the result of a document conversion to the user.

Users are advised not to submit personal and/or sensitive information to the service for conversion. Users can furthermore be prompted to confirm that they are not submitting personal and/or sensitive information to the service.
